LEAP Week Style Guide
When I very first got the coaching position at LEAP 3 years ago the first thing I did was call the office and ask "What color are the t-shirts"? The director laughed and told me the colors wondering what he had just gotten himself into. I always plan the rest of my outfit to the t-shirt for the day. I am not a t-shirt person so this is a big deal for me to do. Since I have coached before I no longer ask what color the t-shirts are, now I try on my old shirts and spend a nice chunk of time creating my perfect look. That being said here are my looks throughout the week, if you want a more in-depth look at what Leap Week is, check out my lifestyle blog this week!
Look 1: Envy Green coach shirt, white high waisted bell bottom jeans, and a light wash jean jacket. The jeans are incredibly comfortable and an easy statement piece. The jean jacket is from Marshalls and I think everyone needs one like it.
I got the jeans off of Amazon, here is the link:

Look 2: One of my favorite looks, simply because it is often hard to deal with. The electric (neon) green shirt is the staple of all leapers. I made leap shoes back 4 years ago after my first leap and I've worn them every year since. The skirt is one of my new favorites, it's actually a skort which makes it even better and it is incredibly soft and comfortable and I love that I can add a ribbon for a touch of femininity.

Look 3: Public speaking look. This is, of course, my favorite look because I didn't have to wear a t-shirt. It was not planned that I would speak and thankfully my over excessive packing saved me here. This is one of my absolute favorite jumpsuits! This website is super fantastic, not only are the clothes cute and trendy, but most of them are also inexpensive.

Look 4: This look is definitely the most fun! The royal blue coach shirt went perfectly with my colorful jumpsuit. I simply out the shirt on top and tied it in a knot and called it a day. I bought the romper at TJ Maxx. I love jumpsuits because they make me look taller.
Look 5: The indigo shirt is always difficult to put an outfit with because it never matches anything perfectly. This year I wore powder blue jeans from TJ Maxx and the duster is from the kids' section at target. I absolutely love this duster it's fun and light and all the colorful flowers make it easy to match with most things.
Look 6: This days color shirt was light gray and I wanted to add a pop of color, so I wore a bright orange skirt. I have had this skirt since I was in the 8th grade and I laugh when I tell you it came from Hollister.
Look 7: The final full day of LEAP is a culmination of everything we learn. We go to a workshop with over 100 people from every profession you can think of. During this workshop, we can talk to professionals and pick their brain and learn about their successes and how to copy their genius. We dress up as the young professionals we are or one day hope to become. For the past 5 years my style has changed tremendously, and thank goodness for that may I add, this look is by far the most me. The pink power suit makes me feel unstoppable.
Look 8: The final look with a coach t-shirt was the most difficult for me. Black is my least favorite "color" because it's not colorful. I had to find a fun way to add a pop of color to this look, so I chose flower print pants.

Look 9: Here I am not quite ready to leave. As we all know, I love to dress up to go to the airport. I'll be traveling for 12 hours so I decided to be reasonably comfortable. I got the dress at the Dillards clearance store. Which, if you haven't gone it's a necessity you didn't know you needed. My favorite jean jacket is from American eagle and I've had it for three years now so it is perfectly broken in. Lastly, my shoes are just fabulous because they're Velcro.

Hope you enjoyed all my outfits and got outfit inspiration for how to wear lots of different colored t-shirts. Until next time!
