5 Favorite Summer Looks
Summer is the time for fun summer looks, and they defiantly have to be comfortable. Here are my top 5 looks that I've worn this summer. I've worn them from anything to waffle house to church. If you've seen me at some point this summer I'm sure you've probably seen one of these outfits. I hope that you enjoy my outfits and I'd love to see some of your favorite summer outfits.
Look 1
This is one of my Favorite looks, I've worn it multiple times this summer. I've worn this look for things ranging from grocery shopping, to church, to benefit fundraising events. The top is a soft t-shirt with layered, ruffled bell sleeves. The sleeves have eyelet flowers on them. The jeans have multi-colored embroidered flowers and a scallop trim. I wear gold OTBTs with these pants and it helps tie the whole look together.
Look 2
This Next look is a little bit more dressed up. The white skirt is an envelope style, which happens to be one of my favorite styles at the moment. The top is an extremely cold shoulder top, the top has ties near the elbow, I also wore a white bracelet under the top ti make the look a little more feline and to tie in the white skirt. I wore my gavotte suede platform sandals with it. I also carried my new favorite purse, which just so happens to be a flower pot.
Look 3
First, let me start by saying it is incredibly difficult to find overalls that are both flattering and comfortable. Looked for 3 months before finally finding the perfect pair at American eagle. I love to pair my overalls with comfortable colorful t-shirts and sneakers like converse and my super stars.
Look 4
This look is the dressiest look of the five. I've had this maxi dress since I was in the 7th grade and it is still one of my favorites. It is comfortable and lightweight. I love how different this dress is with the different color blocked shapes on the bottom. I always wear wedges with the dress because if not with would drag the ground, I often add a belt and a long chunky necklace to accessorize. This is a perfect dress for a beach night dinner.
Look 5
My final look is what I call my "Pool side" look. The two piece look is the newest hot trend, it's basically a romper cut in two pieces. These shorts have ruffles on the shorts and the top can tie in the back or can be tied in a bow in the front. I typcically wear this outfit with gold sandals and to more causal fun events, especially more beach or pool settings.
