We all know there is a certain stigma toward what society likes to call your spring break or summer bod. I'm here to tell you it doesn't matter. It absolutely doesn't matter if you're a size 2 or a size 22, it's about the confidence and self love you have inside of you. Maybe you're not thrilled with how you look right now, thats absolutely okay too. That's your choice which means it's also your choice to do something about that. I can absolutely promise you I've had all kinds of body confidence issues and I worked on it. No, I don't just mean I worked on it physically, I worked on it mentally. It is up to you to wake up every morning and look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are enough, beautiful, strong and all the other things that you are.
While keeping a positive attitude is incredibly important as in mental health your body is the only one you'll get so take care of it. Put good things into it, I just started eating anything green so it's okay if it takes time.
Here is my simple at home workout:
50 Crunches
30 Second Plank
15 Second Right Plank
15 Second Left Plank
25 Jumping Jacks
10 Sit Ups
5 Push Ups
25 Russian Twists
10 Up-Down Planks
25 Jumping Jacks
30 Second Plank
